Hyderabad, May 27, 2025: Hyderabad is poised to host the Miss World 2025 Grand Finale on May 31, 2025, at the Hyderabad International Exhibition Centre (HITEX), marking India’s third time hosting the prestigious pageant after 1996 and 2024.
The event, themed “Beauty With a Purpose,” has drawn 108 contestants from across the globe, with Telangana’s capital serving as a vibrant backdrop to celebrate cultural diversity, empowerment, and social impact.
Journey to the Crown: Key Highlights
Over the past month, contestants engaged in rigorous challenges, including:
1. Sports Challenge: Estonia’s Eliise Randmaa led Europe’s Blue Team to victory at Gachibowli Stadium.
2. Talent Showcase: Indonesian delegate Monica Kezia Sembiring won the Talent Finale at Shilpakala Vedika with a magnetic performance, securing a Top 10 continental spot. Miss India’s Nandini Gupta impressed with a Bollywood dance routine.
3. Head-to-Head Challenge: Held at the Trident Hotel, regional winners included Miss Turkey (Asia-Oceania), Miss Wales (Europe), Miss Zambia (Africa), and Miss Trinidad and Tobago (Americas-Caribbean). Participants lauded Hyderabad’s safety, cultural heritage, and progressive strides in women’s empowerment.
